At D. P. Sitapara & Associates, we value your trust and aim to provide transparent, fair, and customer-friendly service policies. Please read our refund policy carefully before availing any of our services.

1. Nature of Services

Our offerings include consultancy, legal, tax, compliance, financial advisory, and government documentation services. These are intellectual, effort-based, and non-tangible services; hence, refunds are restricted under specific conditions.

2. No Refund for Processed Services

Once a service has been initiated, worked upon, or submitted to government portals (like Income Tax, GST, MCA, etc.), no refund will be applicable. Our professionals invest time, expertise, and resources from the moment your case begins.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be considered under the following rare situations:

  • Duplicate payment made by the client.

  • Service not initiated within 7 working days due to our internal delay (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Technical error or inability to deliver service due to our fault, not related to government processing or client cooperation.
     

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, the client must:

  • Email us at contact@dpsitapara.in with subject line "Refund Request – [Service Name]"

  • Include: Name, payment details, reason for refund, and supporting documents (if applicable)

All refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment.
 

5. Refund Approval & Timeline

After reviewing your request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection within 7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days.
 

6. No Refunds In Case of:
  • Client provides incomplete/incorrect information

  • Delays due to client-side inaction or non-cooperation

  • Rejection by government authorities (e.g., GST/ITR/TRC rejections)

  • Change of mind after service initiation
     

7. Cancellation of Services

Cancellation is only possible before the start of work. After work initiation, cancellation is not allowed.
