1. Nature of our services
Our consultancy, tax, legal, compliance and documentation services are effort-based, so refunds are limited.
2. Work already started
No refund is due once work on a service has started, or once anything has been submitted on a government portal.
3. When a refund may be given
- Duplicate payment by mistake.
- We could not start the service within 7 working days because of our own delay.
- We failed to deliver the service for reasons within our control, not because of government processing or missing client cooperation.
4. How to ask for a refund
Email contact@dpsitapara.in with the subject "Refund Request – [Service Name]", giving your name, payment details and reason, within 7 days of payment.
5. Decision and timeline
We will reply within 7 working days. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 10 working days.
6. No refund in these cases
- Incomplete or incorrect information or documents from the client.
- Delays caused by the client.
- Rejection by a government authority.
- Change of mind after work has started.
7. Government fees
Government fees, challans and stamp duty once paid are not refundable by us.
8. Cancellation
You can cancel only before work starts.
