Most penalties for small businesses come from missed dates, not wrong tax. Here are the recurring due dates that apply to most Gujarat businesses, in one place.
Missed due dates lead to late fees, interest and, in some cases, blocked credit. Keep this calendar handy, or ask us to send you WhatsApp reminders.

- Quarterly TDS / TCS statements: 31 July, 31 October, 31 January and 31 May (TCS: 15th of the month after the quarter).
- Advance tax: 15 June, 15 September, 15 December and 15 March.
- ITR for salaried and others without business income: generally 31 July.
